Purchase ConditionsIn order to buy an item from this Website, users have the following options:
The selected diamond(s) can be added directly to the shopping cart; or
Jewellery that Customise by adding diamond(s) to a ring, earring, pendant, or any other type of jewellery that is specifically described as customisable on the site, and then adding the item to the shopping list; or
Select Jewellery that is available on the website and adds the item to the shopping cart; or

Orders are generally considered complete only after payment has been received by Perrian.in.
As part of the order confirmation process, Perrian.com may call up randomly who have placed orders through the Website and ask them a verification question. After the Member answers the verification question, Perrian Jewels will confirm the order.
As soon as the purchase of item(s) is confirmed:In the case of loose diamonds or customised jewellery - order the diamond(s), set them on the mount, and deliver them to the Member; or
In the case of Jewellery - manufacture it and deliver it.
In the case the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a customer towards an order, Perrian.in shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Member without any liability whatsoever.
Return policyOur 30-day No Questions Asked Money-back Policy ensures that you are satisfied with the product. And if you don’t, you can return it without giving any reason. Upon return, we will return your full purchase price or exchange it and also cover shipping charges back and forth.
*You can exchange your product within 15 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.
